The Old Rectory, Wimbledon Village

Project Summary

LSS were appointed to build a two story Reinforced Concrete frame including part-basement to form a new sports complex linking into an existing historic dwelling in central Wimbledon village.

This was a challenging project due to restricted site access and required a sensitive build approach considering the site location and proximity to surrounding neighbours.

Our experienced management and site team worked closely with main contractor to ensure a delicate construction plan was in place at all times throughout the works.
