First aid charity St John Ambulance seeks ‘workplace heroes’
First aid training provider and charity St John Ambulance is seeking nominations for the Workplace Heroes category of its Everyday Heroes awards, now in their seventh year.
Nominations for members of staff at private sector businesses and other organisations are invited by a deadline of 17 June (extended from 10 June), and can be made here.
Awards under the Workplace Heroes category seek to recognize an individual or team that has used first aid to save a life or that has made “an extraordinary first aid achievement” at work, coming to the assistance of a colleague or visitor to the workplace.
